Responsible for all aspects of field marketing and operations. The focus will be to create, own and execute a plan to raise the profile of glue42 and to generate mind-share and ultimately revenue. Coordination of other staff, including AR/PR, business development and sales will be necessary as will the need to grow a team. That said, short-term activities will require a hands-on approach.
Glue42 is a product company with a focus on financial technology solutions. We are particularly interested in changing the way that developers think about serving their users, whilst simultaneously helping clients of all sizes to save on costs and time.
We are a rapidly growing team of developers, project managers, product managers and sales people, with offices in Oxford, London, Sofia and New York.
You must have 7+ years of marketing experience working in the software infrastructure sector ideally for a fintech or insuretech business. The candidate must be able to develop coherent costed plans and have a vision on how all marketing channels can be exploited to generate maximum coverage. You need to be comfortable working with sales and presales to help translate field requirements into successful campaigns.
Relevant degree is required.
The role could be located in our office in Paddington, London or Sofia,Bulgaria.
