interop.io Demo and Sample Source Code Terms and Conditions

The interop.io Demo and Sample source code (“Software”) are provided by interop.io in order to help You evaluate interop.io and/or produce your own applications. Use of the Software requires that you have a valid license for interop.io (“interop.io License”).
By using our Software, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you are using the Software on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of the Organization. In that case, “you” and “your” may refer to the Organization. Please read these Terms carefully before you start using our Software.
License Grant
Subject to the Terms and conditions set forth, interop.io grants to the Organization and the Organization accepts a royalty-free license to use the Software provided that you have a valid interop.io License and the Software will only be run within interop.io (the “Evaluation”).
The initial term of this license is the term of your interop.io License.
Evaluation Restrictions
You may not sub-license, distribute, publish, transfer, rent, lease or otherwise make available the Trial to any third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you may not disassemble, decompile or “unlock”, decode or otherwise reverse translate or engineer, or attempt in any manner to reconstruct or discover any source code or underlying algorithms of the Trial that is provided to you in object code form only. Under no circumstances may any portion of the Trial’s source code or any modified version of the source code be distributed, disclosed or otherwise made available to any third party.
You may not circumvent any technical limitations included in the Trial, for example, time-limited licenses. You may not use the Software as a whole, or any of its components, as a basis for the creation of another software product that has the same or similar functionality as the Software.
Changes to the Terms of Use
From time to time, interop.io may modify existing Terms and/or update these Terms with additional terms that apply to the Evaluation. You should stop using the Evaluation and the Software if you don’t accept the changes, and delete all copies of the Software and any derived works that may have been produced.
Using Our Software
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Software. You may only use our Software as permitted by law. interop.io may investigate and/or suspend or terminate your Evaluation at any time if we find your use of our Software violates the Terms and/or any policies.
Using our Software does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Software or any other material supplied with the Evaluation or the content you may have access to. The Terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Evaluation. Our Software may display some logos, trademarks, or branding materials that are not the property of interop.io. These types of content are the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available.
You must not abuse and/or misuse the Evaluation, including but not limited to, doing the following things:
- Using the Evaluation for any unlawful purposes or activities;
- Uploading any content in violation of any applicable law, including but not limited to, intellectual property laws and publicity laws;
interop.io, at its sole discretion, will determine abuse and/or misuse of the Evaluation.
Limited Liability for our Software
The Software is available “as is”. You expressly understand and agree that:
- interop.io and its partners, licensors employees and agents will not be responsible for any lost profits, revenues, other financial losses or data under any circumstances.
- Your use of the Software is at your sole risk.
- You will not access the interop.io website or use the Evaluation to collect any market research for a competing business.
interop.io does not warrant that:
- The Software will meet all of your requirements at all times.
- The Software will be error-free and all errors in the Software will be corrected.
Support
During the Evaluation, you will have access to developer documentation, knowledge base articles and tutorials.
Termination
At the end of the Evaluation, you must permanently delete all copies of the Software and any derived works produced from your access to the Software.
