Modernising Legacy Data Infrastructure to Create Agile and Accessible Digital Platforms

In a highly competitive trading environment with little room for manoeuvre, financial institutions are looking to move on from legacy data infrastructure and build proprietary high-speed, low-latency trading systems offering agility, accelerated time-to-market, and potentially, competitive advantage.

This is a sizeable undertaking and a shift from dependence on third-party trading services and solutions that has characterised the past several years, but it can be achieved using modern techniques and technologies.

This webinar will consider the challenges of legacy data infrastructure and provide practical guidance on how to modernise your technology stack to deliver an accessible digital trading platform that is fast, fault-tolerant, fit for purpose, flexible to change, and highly performant. It will also review the role of the cloud in modernisation.

Listen to the webinar to find out more about:

  • The limitations of legacy data infrastructure
  • Why now is the time to modernise trading platforms
  • How to build and optimise a high-performance technology stack
  • Useful techniques, technologies, services and solutions
  • Benefits of getting it right, penalties of getting it wrong
